Woodvale Beacon Day Support is very conveniently located on the Ballymoney Road. This is a quiet area of the town, but only a short walk from the bus and train stations and from the (now famous) Fair Hill Shopping Centre and the Tower Centre.

Members are encouraged to participate in all aspects of the day to day running of the centre, i.e., menu planning, building maintenance, cleaning, general office work.
An intersting and varied summer outreach programme is planned from June through to September, this includes trips every other Thursday to places such as Tayto Factory, Dundonald Ice Bowl, The North Coast. A Weekend to Dublin is also in the initial planning stages.
